Fall festival comes to ELHI

The ELHI Community Center hosted their Fall Festival on Friday, Oct. 21 where kids lined up for the costume contest. ELHI gave out many door prizes along as well as offering carriage rides and admissions into SUCAP Youth Services’ haunted house.
