Tribal member customer satisfaction survey continues


Southern Ute tribal members are invited to participate in the Southern Ute Indian Tribe Membership Satisfaction Survey. Our goal is to get a sample of at least 100 respondents. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this survey is critical to our efforts to improve the quality of Tribal Member Services and set priorities for the community. This survey is designed to provide a quantitative performance metric for Tribal Member satisfaction with the services the Tribe provides. Your survey responses will be confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.

To complete the survey we ask:

  1. Of those individuals living in your home, the adult 18 years or older who had the most recent birthday should fill out the survey.
  2. Please fill out the survey completely. “Don’t Know” is an acceptable response.
  3. Only complete one survey per household.

Also, at the end of the survey, there are instructions for entering a drawing for an Android tablet computer.
