Last month, I attended the San Juan College Technology Leadership Conference in Farmington.
One of the sessions I attended was for “Startup Weekend,” an international movement to jumpstart the business planning process with an intense Friday-night-to-Sunday-night workshop to build and develop ideas for new businesses.
San Juan College in Farmington is hosting Four Corners Startup Weekend Nov. 15-17. I’ll be there as a coach helping participants identify the costs of starting and managing a business.
I thought making tribal members and others in our community aware of this opportunity would be good for anyone with a business idea they want to develop.
