Fueled by empathy and resilience, Aly Seibel is a guiding light within her community. In her fast-paced role as Administrative Assistant, she exceeds the boundaries of her title by coordinating schedules, managing transportation, handling communications, and supporting her team with the same certifications as the CHRs she works alongside. Her commitment to showing up fully for her department is evident in all she does.
One of Seibel’s standout contributions is her coordination of the annual Tribal Health Fair, now in its third year. The event brings the community together around health, wellness, and connection, and continues to grow under her leadership. She embraces each year’s challenges as opportunities to improve and expand the fair’s impact.
Outside of work, Seibel is pursuing a doctorate in sociology with the goal of becoming a clinical sociologist for at-risk youth. She’s passionate about helping children feel seen and supported, especially those facing adversity. She is also an advocate for Native American communities, using her voice to raise awareness and push for stronger support systems for tribal youth.
In addition to her professional and academic pursuits, Seibel is a published author, a mental health advocate, and a proud mother of two. Despite her demanding schedule, she has built a life centered on compassion and purpose, believing that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
Whether behind the desk, organizing an event, or lending a listening ear, Aly Seibel continues to lead with heart, and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
