Substantial completion is expected for the end of May and then we will move furnishings and equipment into the space. Once we’re finished with FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), we will turn this over to Tribal Health for their use.

We are happy to announce the modular laboratory project is almost fully complete for the Southern Ute Health Center. This is a state-of-the-art laboratory to assist with Covid testing and will also house existing lab functions for the health center. We want to thank Tribal Health, Property & Facilities, Contracts and Grants, Risk Management and of course our professional team, Nunn Construction, Affordable Structures, and Reynolds Ash & Associates for all their assistance and coordination of this project!
