Chai Tea (or Masala Tea) is an Indian tea with a combination of black tea (you can use green tea as well), ginger, and variety of spices. These ingredients contain compounds that may be beneficial in several ways, from heart health to antibacterial properties.

Keep it minimally sweetened and enjoy the warmth, spiciness, and benefits of Chai Tea!
