On Thursday, Nov. 3, the Boys & Girls Club hosted a pre-workout session with their club members as part of the “Girls on the Run” program. Club members gathered at SunUte Community Center to build confidence for the upcoming Girls on the Run race, hosted at Fort Lewis College in Durango on Saturday, Nov. 12. The participating club members practiced by running 14 laps on the field, with the majority of the girls beating their original time.
