The Southern Ute Indian Tribe hosted a Breast Cancer Awareness walk on Thursday, Oct. 13, inviting staff and community members to join students from the Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy in spreading cancer awareness. Healthy snacks were available as well as a raffle for prizes. SunUte Fitness Director Robin Duffy-Wirth met with SUIMA students to discuss the importance of recognizing various cancers.
