Six Southern Ute families are taking part in a free six-week course that focuses on teaching parents and their children the importance of working together to prepare healthy dishes. Sous Chef, Brett Martinez and George Boughan from Sky Ute Casino Resort joined Cooking Matters and Shining Mountain Health and Wellness associates to discuss food safety, good eating habits and managing portion sizes.
