Kids take charge

Youth of all ages came out to dance in a powwow held in their honor, Saturday, April 9 at the Ignacio Middle School.

The Healing Spirits Children’s Powwow gave the kids a chance to lead their own powwow last Saturday, April 9. From powwow staff to the headman and lady dancers, the youth were able to pull off a one-of-kind powwow all ages could enjoy.
