Jennifer GoodTracks, Therapist at Southern Ute Health Center and a Southern Ute tribal member was selected to receive an Outstanding Customer Service Award given by the Albuquerque Area of Indian Health Service.
She was nominated for this prestigious award by Ms. Lola Osawe, Tribal Health Department Director, and Dr. Mary Trujillo Young, Ph.D, Behavioral Health Manager.
Nominations were rated on the following criteria: Accessibility, Courteousness, Flexibility, Knowledge, Reliability, and Professional / Positive Attitude. This award was presented to Jennifer on Friday, April 24 at the Sandia Casino in Albuquerque, NM.
Ms. Osawe specifically noted Jennifer’s accessibility to patients and staff, courteous and respectful attitude, being patient-focused, educating staff and patients about resources available in the community, and being “extremely reliable, dependable, adaptable, confident, dedicated, and displays positive attitude around patients.”
In June, Jennifer will celebrate 28 years of employment at the Health Center.
