Youth of the Month  

Our Youth of the Month focuses on acknowledging and making club members aware of their own unique character and abilities. As staff, we want to recognize them by their positive attributes seen in their club driven experience.    

For the month of March, our Youth of the Month award goes to Avreyen Hight! Congratulations on behalf of the BGCSU staff!   

BGC Announcement 

The Ignacio Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at SunUte Park. 

 

BGC highlights  

Crystal Kelly was recently hired as the new BGC Administrative Assistant II. 

 

BGC Program Coordinator, Nick Sanchez, will receive certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute. 

 

BGC KSUT radio announcements happen on the first Wednesday of every month at 9:15 a.m. 

 

Board highlights  

BGC CEO, Bruce LeClaire, was appointed as the National Chair of the Indigenous Connections Movement Resource Group. 

 

The 2025 Colorado Youth of the Year event is happening on Tuesday, April 8 in Denver, Colo. BGC Board Chair, Amy Barry, and BGC CEO, Bruce LeClaire will be attending.
