Open enrollment

December 1-10 is open enrollment for SUIMA. Please stop by the school office to pick up a registration form or you can find it on our website: www.suima.org. We serve students who are Southern Ute tribal members or first-generation direct descendants, with proof of descendancy, in a five-day school week.

We have several available spots for infants, toddlers, and the upper elementary level, (4th, 5th, 6th), with a few spots open in the preschool/kindergarten and lower elementary level (1st, 2nd, 3rd).  We use the Montessori method to teach lessons and provide independence in the classrooms. On Fridays we have the honor of guest speakers joining our Ute Language program who assist the students as they learn more about their culture and traditions.
