The students are looking forward to Halloween. With the date change on our calendar, we will be trick-or-treating around Tribal Campus! Most classrooms will start their yearly “haunting” around 9 a.m. on the Oct. 31.

Thank you to Krissy Velasquez who has volunteered to help the upper elementary students with some fundraising activities. The first school fundraiser of the school year will be a bake sale on Wednesday, Oct. 26, in the Hall of Warriors starting at 9 a.m. They are raising money for an end-of-the-year field trip. This sale will take place from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. (or sooner if sold out) with some delicious, devilish, delights! Please come purchase some wickedly, wonderful treats.

SUIMA School Board, Parent Advisory Group, and Family Nights

The SUIMA school board meets the first Tuesday of the month, having work sessions only at this time. If you would like to contact the Board, go to our website: www.suima.org, click on the School Board tab, and submit your question, concern, or comment.

Our Parent Advisory Group (PAG) meetings will be the third Tuesday of every month, having held two so far this year. This is a good time to find out what all the levels are doing as well as what events or activities are happening.

Family Nights have not yet been scheduled but we do have some parents who will be overseeing the Family Nights. Details will be coming out soon
