Shyla Watts smiles for the camera and puts up her pointer finger because she is #1. After that, she makes her way through the orange parking cones that the Southern Ute Police Department set up for the SUIMA Bike Rodeo on Wednesday, May 8.

On the green bike sits Meskvlwv Wesley and behind him is Myles Vigil, together the two boys make their way around obstacles and learn about proper bike safety from Southern Ute Community Resource Officer, Don Folsom. Folsom taught all the SUIMA students about safety as they were riding in the Bike Rodeo on Wednesday, May 8.
