The Ignacio Bobcats of the graduating class of 2018, commenced from Ignacio High School this past Memorial Day weekend. The 47 graduates received their diplomas as witnessed by families, friends and loved ones. The 64th Annual Commencement Ceremonies took place outdoors, on the Ignacio High School Field, Saturday, May 26. Southern Ute tribal member, John Valdez earned Valedictorian honors, and 20 fellow Southern Ute tribal members joined Valdez in venturing out into the world after High School.
