The Sunshine Cloud Smith Youth Advisory Council collaborated with Executive Officer Ramona Eagle and Carina Tobias on Monday, Dec. 7 to help decorate stockings that will be filled with donated items from the Social Services Departments of the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute Tribes. The stockings will be handed out to children in foster homes and elders living in senior homes on both reservations.
