During a cooking presentation for Ignacio High School students, Tuesday, Oct. 6 Sky Ute Casino Executive Chef, Bill Barbone and tribal member Sous Chef, Alan Herrera spent the morning demonstrating how to properly prepare and cook frittatas. Herrera recently finished his Career Development Program in the Food and Beverage Department at the casino.
