Head Start celebrates 50 years

A bouncy house equipped with a slide proved to be a favorite at Southern Ute Montessori Head Start’s celebration in honor of National Head Start’s 50th Anniversary Monday, Sept. 28.
The carnival-themed celebration included games and activities for current students and alumni.
One station gave visitors a chance to play dress up for a photo.
