Southern Ute Head Start Director, Char Schank introduced the Ignacio and Bayfield teachers and Principals in attendance.
Mr. Karl Herr, the Ignacio Elementary School Principal invited all the parents and family members of the transitioning Head Start students to visit the school on Wednesday, April 22.

The Southern Ute Head Start held it’s annual Transition Dinner, Wednesday, April 15 in their gym. the dinner was an introduction to Ignacio, Bayfield teachers and Principals. The Head Start also provided a Frito-pie dinner for the parents, guardians and family members of the students who will be transitioning into the Ignacio or Bayfield Public School system next school year.

The Head Start Transition ceremony will be on Friday, May 29.
