BGC award youth of the month

The Boys & Girls Club (BGC) of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe honored two Ignacio Elementary students for the BGC student of the month. BGC also recognized Junior of the month, Bayfield Elementary School’s – second grader, Austin Wilmer. The club recognizes students of the month who advance to compete for BGC Youth of the Year, in State, Regionals and National competitions. Winners win scholarships, computers and other prizes.
