The Boys & Girls Club were honored by a special safety award given by the San Juan Basin Health Department on Wednesday, Dec. 17. The award was presented to the club in regards to the Halloween Carnival held at the Sky Ute Casino Event Center, which was honored for being alcohol free, appropriate for people of all ages, and affordable for all participants. Also there to congratulate the club was Cody Goss from San Juan Basin Health, and Pat Senecal, the director of Celebrating Healthy Communities Coalition.
