Tribal elder Virginia Sage and Florann Howe are among many who bought holiday treats from the Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy who were selling baked goods in the Hall of Warriors, Friday, Dec. 5. The sale raised funds to provide social activities and exercise equipment for the Ignacio Senior Center.

Lindsay Box was one of the many employees who bought the baked good the academy students had on sale.
Employees of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe opened their wallets just in time for the holidays and bought baked goods during the SUIMA holiday bake sale.
Even the Primary One students of the academy chipped in and supported the good cause – raising money for the Ignacio Senior Center.
