Students and Teachers in the Ute Culture and Language Department at the Southern Ute Indian Montessori wore their traditional regalia and cultural items during Fancy Friday.

Southern Ute Indian Montessori Primary Teacher, Ceriss Blackwood braids Clementine Carrillo’s hair on Friday, September 10. Both Blackwood and Carrillo were participating in SUIMA’s Ute Culture and Language Department’s Fancy Friday event.
