Bison Educator, Marge Borst was recognized for her work on completing the Southern Ute Buffalo & Wild Game Cookbook on Thursday, Feb. 25. The cookbooks are now available at the Wildlife Division and are limited to one per tribal member household.
Members from the Jicarilla Apache Game and Fish provided the scoring for the annual Southern Ute Wildlife’s scoring night.
