Parents of Samantha Rock, Marietta Watts-Soto and Abel Soto, who is one of our Girl Scouts volunteered their time in November to show our a local Girl Scout Troop how to add the fringes to shawls which were sewn by them and the material donated by Samantha’s grandmother, Gloria Watts.
Marietta Watts spoke to the girls about the importance of the shawl while Gloria Frost and Samantha Rock showed the girls how to wear them.
