The Culture Department hosted an arts and crafts class on Tuesday, Dec. 30. where participating tribal members gathered for an afternoon of traditional crafting. Attendees were given the demonstrations on how to construct miniature teepees using wood and wax. Others were given lessons on how to sew pouch bags complete with beadwork. The class was held to spread culture awareness.
