The Cedar Point Housing Initiative team, a Council approved work group within the Permanent Fund of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, has been moving forward on development of the expansion of the Cedar Point Subdivision. Starting in January 2016, there will be numerous consultants/contractors that will be on site at the existing Cedar Point Subdivision. Currently the estimated completion time of this phase of development is scheduled for fall of 2016.

All consultants/contractors shall be identifiable by wearing proper safety gear, and will not be entering any person’s individual lot for this work without prior notice.
