20 Years Ago: Honored for their service. The tribal organization gave Ray C. Frost and Lillian Seibel Pendleton robes and plaques in gratitude for their leadership service. Seibel was unable to attend the small fiesta but Frost quipped, “Do I have to give it back if I get in, again?” Chairman Burch nudged Frost’s name plaque identifying him as a Councilor and said, “You might hold on to this for awhile.” This photo appeared in the December 8, 1995 issue of the Drum.
