Greany’s on the powwow trail

Starlitt Greany and Theoden Greany, with the Royalty at Grand Entry for the children’s powwow in Fort Hall, Idaho. The annual Shoshone-Bannock Festival was held Aug. 6 – 9, 2026 in Fort Hall, Idaho. The 4-day event held many events and contests, including a powwow, parade, rodeo, Indian horse relays, softball, hand game, and a skate jam.

Theoden placed 1st in the Shoshone Bannock Boys and Girls Club’s Luck of the Draw Special (Jr. Boys Fancy, Jr. Girls Jingle, Teen Boys Grass and Teen Girls Traditional were the categories drawn).
