Southern Ute Indian Tribal Council members and tribal members and employees gathered in the Hall of Warriors of the Leonard C. Burch Tribal Administration Building on Monday, Dec. 2 for a farewell ceremony for outgoing council members James M. Olguin and Ramona Y. Eagle.

Attendees, including Howard D. Richards Sr. (left), gave personal thanks and departing gifts to the two council members.
Ramona Y. Eagle receives a blanket during the farewell gathering. Eagle departs from the council after serving as treasurer and will continue on with caring for family and friends.
