Project Paving Schedule

County Road 517 is ready for paving, and operations are set to begin this Thursday, Nov. 9 in the morning, barring any weather related events. The project will be paved in two phases, beginning with mainline paving along the country road, which will be followed by driveway, entrance and other road connections. This process could take up to two weeks, largely depending on weather.

During this time all traffic is advised to avoid CR 517, though one-way traffic will be permitted. Pedestrians should also not attempt to travel across the asphalt while work is underway, and should avoid the entire site if possible. If travel along CR 517 is necessary, please remember to drive safely and slowly in work zones.
