The Sky Ute Casino Resort held its 6th Annual Cancer Awareness fundraiser event, Thursday, Oct. 19. The Cancer Coalition of Southwest Colorado (CCSC) received the money donated from employees of the casino, who gave money in support of the coalition and the on-going battle against cancer. Donations from the money booth, games donations and matched money, raised a grand total of $9,426 on Thursday.
