10 Years Ago: Sunute Lightning ... Five young Tribal members took part in the 1st Annual Native American Swimming Championships in Towaoc, Colorado July 21-22. These individuals put in a lot of time to be a part of the swim team. Sun Ute Lightning took home 2 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal, 2 Bronze Medals, 4th place ribbons and 6th place ribbons. Pictured l-r: Brianna Goodtracks-Alires 11 years, Stais Harlan 11 years, Howard Richards III 11 years, Roshae Weaver 11 years, Michelle Simmons 12 years.
