Thanks to the generosity of Sky Ute Casino team members and guests, the Sky Ute “Share Your Spare Change” campaign raised an astounding $11,892.40, to fight cancer. These funds were raised from Oct. 1- 25, for the benefit of two local charities to aid them in their research and fight against cancer. Representatives from the local Cancer Coalition of Southwest Colorado, and the Cancer Resource Center, were on hand to receive the donations; Carol McGuire & BJ Boucher representing the Cancer Coalition of Southwest Colorado, Krista Red-Garcia, Interim General Manager Sky Ute Casino Resort, and Michael Broderick, Marketing Director Sky Ute Casino Resort.
