Southern Ute Tribal Council and the Sunshine Cloud Smith Youth Advisory Council dedicated a portion of their Saturday afternoon to handing out free watermelon slices to fair-goers.
The Southern Ute Tribal Fair hosts its annual picnic for all in attendance. This year’s menu consisted of hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, potato salad, and watermelon.
The annual Eldred Vigil Memorial Walk Run made its return with a large attendance. Over 50 runners participated in the event.

The Permanent Fund claimed victory at the Softball Challenge, taking the crown from the Southern Ute Growth Fund. The final score was 17-7.
