The bi-annual General Meeting will be held next month. The goal of this meeting is to inform the Tribal Membership on the performance over the previous year, as well as provide the outlook for the upcoming year. Two general meetings will be held to cover the numerous Tribal entities, businesses, and programs. Both meetings will be held at the Sky Ute Casino & Event Center and lunch will be provided. The meetings are as follows:
Thursday, September 21, 2017 – Growth Fund General Meeting beginning at 9:00 AM
Monday, September 25, 2017 – General Meeting beginning at 8:30 AM
Both General Meetings will be streamed via Web-Ex for the Tribal Membership only. To ensure this information is only shared with the appropriate individuals, Tribal Members must register for the Web-Ex Events separately. You can register for each of the Web-Ex Events by following links on one of these locations: the Tribal Member website, Tribal Facebook, and in the Southern Ute Drum and on the Drum’s website. Registration is required, if you want to gain access to the Web-Ex Event, please follow the link below to register. The password to register is “sumbr”. You will only be allowed to register once and you will only be granted access from a single source, so please do not share your registration information with anyone.

You must register for each Web-Ex Event separately. Once you receive a confirmation email which will include the link to either or both to access the Growth Fund General Meeting Web-Ex Event on Thursday, August 21, 2017 beginning at 9:00 AM or Permanent Fund General Meeting Web-Ex Event on Monday, September 25, 2017 beginning at 8:30 AM. Reminder emails will be sent out days leading up to, as well as 45 minutes prior to the event. Members will be able to log-in as early as 10 minutes prior or at any time during the event.
To log-in to the Web-Ex Event, you must return to your email inbox and follow the link from the confirmation email. This automatically brings up a window where you will be required to input the code included in the confirmation email.
