Lisa Burch Frost, daughter of the late Leonard C. Burch, reflects on her father’s achievements Friday, Dec. 6 at the Ignacio Middle School. Burch Frost was there along with her sisters, Lynette Sage (middle) and Leonora Burch (right), to talk about the second annual Leonard C. Burch Celebration of Life Art and Literacy Contest and her father’s involvement in the Animas La-Plata Project.
